Exchange / Refund / Return Policy

(Please note: Online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in any of our physical stores.)

You can exchange your purchase if:

It arrived damaged: Please send a photo of the damaged product to care@thelucknowchikankari.com within 48 hours of receiving it.
You need a different size: If the new size you want is out of stock, we'll give you a coupon code. This code will be valid for 6 months and can be used to buy something of the same value or more from our online store.
You don't like the style: In this case, we'll issue you a coupon code. This code will also be valid for 6 months and can be used for a purchase of the same value or higher from our entire online collection – giving you plenty of options!

Here's How Exchanges Work:

If your order is eligible for an exchange, please email us at care@thelucknowchikankari.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Our customer care team will respond within 48 hours.
Important: Products bought online cannot be exchanged in our physical stores.
The exchange process usually takes 9-18 days.
If your exchange is approved, we'll schedule a pickup for the item(s) within 48 hours of getting your email. We'll send you all the additional details via email.
Please make sure the returned item is unused and has its original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
We allow multiple size exchanges if we have the size you need in stock.
If the size you want for exchange is 'Out of Stock,' you'll receive a coupon code valid for 6 months. This coupon code can be used for any purchase from our complete online collection for the same value or higher.
We'll cover all courier charges for exchanges.

If your order qualifies for a return/refund, please email us at care@thelucknowchikankari.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Our customer care team will reply within 48 hours.
Important: Products bought online cannot be returned to our physical stores.
The refund process usually takes 10-15 days.
If your return is approved, we'll schedule a pickup for the item(s) from your delivery address within 48 hours of receiving your email. We'll send you all the details via email.
Please make sure the returned item is unused and has its original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
We'll cover all courier charges for the return.
SLC (The Lucknow Chikankari's parent entity) has the right to inspect any returned product before processing the refund.
If a refund is issued, the amount will be sent back to your original online payment method within 15 days of your request being verified, subject to your bank's policy. If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we'll ask for your bank account details via your registered email address to process the refund.

During Sale Periods

Please keep these specific rules in mind during our sales:

No exchanges or refunds on discounted products. All sales are final.
We get a lot of orders during sales, so we can't cancel orders due to shipping delays. However, we might cancel an order if the product isn't available.
For international orders, all duties and taxes will still apply according to your country's rules, and you'll be responsible for paying them.

Coupon Codes

Here's how to use your coupon code:

To use a coupon, please sign in to the account linked to the email address where the coupon was issued.
Your coupon code will be sent to the email address you registered with.
Coupon codes are only valid for our online store.
Each coupon code is for one-time use only. If your purchase is less than the coupon's value, the remaining amount won't be carried forward.
Coupon codes are valid for six months. Make sure to use it before it expires, as we can't refund the amount or re-issue the code after the expiry date.
