Getting Your Yuvitha Order
All our products ship straight from our warehouse in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, right to your door!
For Orders within India:
•How long it takes: We'll get your order ready in 2 working days, and then it typically takes 4-7 working days for delivery across India.
•Shipping cost: You get FREE shipping on all orders of ₹5000 and above! (Just a heads-up: this free shipping offer might not apply during sale periods.)
International Orders: Here's what to expect when ordering from outside India:
•How long it takes: We'll get your order ready in 2 working days. After that, delivery usually takes 9-18 days.
•A quick note on delays: While our shipping partners aim for on-time delivery, sometimes things happen that are out of our control (like customs delays). We appreciate your patience if this occurs!
•Shipping Costs: The exact shipping fee for your order will be shown at checkout before you pay.
•Customs Duties & Taxes: Please know that any duties or taxes charged by your country are not included in our product or shipping fees. You'll need to pay these directly to the delivery company when your order arrives. oImportant: If you don't pay these duties and taxes, and the shipment can't be delivered, we unfortunately can't offer a return or refund for your order.
(Just so you know: "Working days" means Monday to Friday, not including national holidays, Sundays, or bank holidays.)
Tracking Your Order
•Always Know Where It Is:
You can track your package every step of the way!
•Tracking Info Sent to You:
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send an email with all the tracking details to the email address you used to place your order.
•Didn't Get Your Tracking Email? If you don't receive this email within 4 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at care@thelucknowchkankari.com.
If We Can't Reach You (Out of Delivery Zone)
•We Deliver Almost Everywhere: We use a shipping service that covers most areas across the country.
•Sometimes, It's Out of Reach: Rarely, there are some locations (called "Out of Delivery Zones" or ODZ) that our shipping partners can't deliver to.
•What Happens Then? If your address is in an ODZ, we'll let you know within 3 working days. You'll then have two choices:
1.Cancel: Get a full refund for your order.
2.New Address: Provide a different shipping address that is within our delivery zone. Delays in Shipping Sometimes, things happen that are out of our control (like bad weather or other unexpected events). If there are any delays with your shipment, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
If Your Order Can't Be Delivered
•Delivery Attempts: Our courier will try to deliver your order twice to your address.
•Returned to Us: If they can't deliver your package for reasons not caused by us (e.g., incorrect address, no one available), it will be sent back to our warehouse in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
•What Happens Next: Once we get the package back, we'll try to reach you by phone and email. If we can't get in touch, we'll have to cancel the order.
•Refund: If your order is cancelled this way, we'll process your refund within 30 days.
